La presente licitación tiene por objetivo reconstruir la historia del Barrio Claudio Arrau I mediante un proceso participativo de investigación que considere la recopilación de testimonios de actores relevantes, así como el levantamiento de información a través de fuentes documentales y visuales, con el propósito de elaborar un libro que refleje la identidad, memoria y desarrollo histórico de la comunidad.
