Fármacos Psiquiátricos y Neurológicos
Las presentes bases regirán la Propuesta Pública convocada por el CRSCO para la contratación de Suministro de Fármacos Psiquiátricos y Neurológicos para la Farmacia del CRSCO, de acuerdo a lo señalado en las bases técnicas de las presentes bases. Formarán parte integrante de estas bases sus eventuales aclaraciones, rectificaciones, enmiendas, formularios y sus anexos; todo ello debidamente publicado en el portal Mercado Público. El presupuesto referencial para la contratación del suministro, corresponde a 131.000.000.-, con los impuestos incluidos, por el período de 24 meses. No obstante, de acuerdo a las ofertas recibidas y al artículo N° 11 del Reglamento de Compras DS-2502004, el CRSCO podrá variar la Disponibilidad Presupuestaria informada. Las características o especificaciones técnicas se evaluarán en base a la oferta que cumpla con los requisitos señalados en las bases y la idoneidad y calidad técnica del oferente, con el objeto de asegurar que el adjudicatario se ajuste a los requisitos que el CRSCO ha especificado para la ejecución del contrato licitado. Se entenderá que todo proveedor conoce y acepta irrevocablemente el contenido de estas Bases, por el solo hecho de presentar ofertas en este proceso de compra.
