SE ENVIARÁN O/C SEGÚN REQUERIMIENTOS Y SEGÚN PROGRAMACIÓN MENSUAL, LA ORDEN DE COMPRA SERÁ EL CONTRATO Y ESTA DEBE SER ACEPTADA POR EL PROVEEDOR. SI ES DISTRIBUIDOR SE SOLICITA ESPECIFICAR EL LABORATORIO QUE REPRESENTA.DEBE CONSIDERAR EN SU OFERTA INSTALAR EQUIPOS E INSTRUIR AL PERSONAL CLÍNICO SOBRE SU USO CORRECTO EN TODOS LOS SERVICIOS DEL HOSPITAL.
